RETURNS
Return Policy
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Postage fees will be deducted from your store credit.
- Store Credit Only: Regular-priced items are eligible for store credit only.
- Final Sale Items: Sample Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End-of-Year Sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please email sanctified.company@gmail.com for assistance.
Conditions for Returns
- Returned items must show no signs of wear or damage.
- All returns must be submitted through our online returns system for processing.
- Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label via email.
Exceptions
- Sale items and items categorized as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
